Returns

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• Sealed product: returns accepted within 14 days if the factory seal is unbroken.
• Graded cards: returns accepted within 14 days if the slab is undamaged and matches the certificate number we sent.
• SpartanShield: unopened packs can be returned within 30 days.
• Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at our cost. For other returns, the item has to come back in the same condition it left, and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
